Karl Boehm of East Granby, CT added a multi-engine rating to his commercial pilot certificate on 11/9. Dave Strassburg, his instructor, says “Karl is amazingly talented pilot who could fly any aircraft or the box it came in”. Karl and Dave are good friends and spend countless hours flying around the skies of Western Mass…..tied together with a rope……and Dave has no engine. Dave says Karl’s the type pilot he wants to be when he grows up, in the event he ever grows up.
