Peter Elsea successfully added a glider rating to his private pilot certificate at the Northampton Airport on August 23, 2020. Peter is a member of the Mohawk Soaring Club in North Adams, MA. As a busy physician, his free time is limited. Peter came to Northampton to supplement his training and allow him to fit in some regular weekday and evening flights in preparation for his practical test. His next goal is to become a commercial glider pilot.
